They are always thinking several moves ahead to try to outwit their opponent; in this case, it is law enforcement agencies. Look, trafficking is a business. In order to maximize profits, you have to do what is necessary to make that happen. This story is no exception.
According to Newsradio 1200 WOAI Radio of San Antonio, pimps are focusing their efforts to conduct prostitution rings in the suburbs to avoid attention of large city police enforcement. The ‘Johns’ are not only preying on women and children, but they are also preying on the fact that small towns may not have the resources to conduct investigations involving prostitution.
